Privacy & Certification Data
How certification information is handled.
This page explains inquiry-stage information, evidence boundaries, public-claim separation, and review data principles without replacing legal or privacy advice.
Inquiry-stage information.
Inquiry forms request organization and contact information, certification interest, timing, region, specific need, and permission to follow up.
What not to submit through public forms.
- Sensitive personal employee information
- Medical information
- Identifiable protected-class details
- Complaints
- Confidential investigations
- Unsolicited evidence files
Formal review evidence.
Evidence requests occur separately after scope is confirmed. The process is designed to collect only information relevant to review, prefer aggregated or de-identified information where appropriate, and confirm specific access, handling, retention, and deletion arrangements before formal review.
Confidential and public information.
Private review evidence is separate from public certification claims. Public profiles, logos, testimonials, or employer information require approval; certification does not automatically authorize public disclosure.
Access, minimization, and retention.
The review process is designed to limit evidence access to authorized participants and to request only information relevant to the applicable review. Specific retention, deletion, and access terms are confirmed for the applicable review arrangement.
Contact and boundary.
Use the existing certification inquiry route for questions about a review arrangement: Request Certification Review. This page provides plain-language operational information and does not replace legal or privacy advice.
